Change PINT_dist_finalize() to unregister and free distributions cleanly. Adding unregister() call to distributions for clarity

reverse merge of changes to HEAD since branch.  Includes small file changes.

Added new blksize field to system attributes returned by PVFS_sys_getattr().
Modified kernel stat function to return this value as the st_blksize field
in the stat() system call.  blksize is distribution specific and normally
indicates the strip size for the file.

Reverse merged and ported to HEAD.

add a params_string function to the distribution methods so that we have a generic way to print distribution parameters.  Added appropriate calls to viewdist.

change distribution storage encode/decode to use wire encoding.

added PVFS2_ prefix to ALIGN_VAR

Changing distributions to require initialization before use.  Giving
distributions an additional hook/callback to be called once at registration
time for the distribution to allow it to register its parameters and set
parameter defaults as neccesary.

Distribution cleanup and refactoring.  All naming is consistent with PVFS2
naming schemes.  Added new methods PINT_dist_methods to enable distribution
to determine the number of datafiles to use.  Removed unused methods (encode
and decode) from distributions (encode_lebf and decode_lebf are the preferred
mechanism).

Update naming conventions to match current standards.

Rename PVFS_Dist to PINT_dist
PVFS_Dist_create => PVFS_dist_create
PVFS_Dist_free => PVFS_dist_free

distribution changes:
always lookup methods
fix copy routine to point pointers into newly allocated dist
add consts in some prototypes
rearrange PINT vs PVFS headers to expose encode methods and simplify
add Dist encoding rules
change PACK_SIZE to round up to avoid unaligned params accesses
add encoding funcs to simple_strip and default_dist

fix some known memory leaks now that we can free dist objects

got rid of PVFS_count32 type; replaced with int32_t or uint32_t or int
where appropriate

fixed a little pointer warning
added logical_file_size method to distributions
