Request diff between arbitrary revisions / Display revisions graphically

remember allocated size so we can free properly; total_size is reduced to whatever the received message size was

- added a chdirent server operation useful during renames of target files
  that already exist.
- still working on cleaning up rename, as it does not properly remove some
  data that is left to be removed

Move from bmi_addr_t to PVFS_BMI_addr_t for consistency.

save this for a later checkin

parse wire encoding method from fstab entry

started on a new protocol encoder (little endian bytefield encoding).  still
very rought and untested, but need to check in to test some other stuff.
also added a #define indicating the maximum request number in protocol.

added an initialize and finalize function to the encoding interface; doesn't
do anything yet

got rid of PINT_get_encoded_generic_ack_sz() function and replaced with
PINT_encode_calc_max_size() function

added a stub for a new function to calculate encoded message size- will take
advantage of protocol limits now defined in pvfs2-req-proto.h in addition
to encoding type to calculate accurately, and should replace
get_encoded_generic_ack_sz().  Small commit- need to clean up some other stuff
before proceeding...

more cleanup to support multiple encoding types dynamically; moved to a named
enumeration for encoding types, unified #define for default encoding type on
client side (though this should be a config value), made encoder report error
if bogus encoding type requested, other minor fixes

small cleanup

modifications to the encoding interface; took encoding type out of argument
and put into structs that represent encoding/decoding state where possible,
other minor cleanups

updated type of one of the encoding struct fields to match bmi

should have been part of last commit

shuffled a #define out of a public header and into a .c file

just cleaned up some comments

turned the "bmi_flag_t buffer_flag" variable into a named enumeration
"enum bmi_buffer_type buffer_type"

got rid of PVFS_flag type and bmi_flag_t.  need to come back later and
convert the buffer_flag variables in BMI to named enumerations; they are
ints for now
