If you’re a new Indigo credit cardholder before using your new card you’ll need to get it activated which includes verifying some personal information and providing card information. During the activation process you will also signup for online account management.
After activating our card you will be able to use it immediately and begin the process of rebuilding your credit scores.

How to Register & Activate Your Indigo Credit Card?
Before being able to use your new Indigo credit card you will have to activate it. Activating and registering your card is fairly simple and should only take a few minutes if you follow our step-by-step guide. One activated you’ll be able to use your new credit card immediately.
Method 1: Activate Your Indigo Card By Phone
You can activate your Indigo card by calling their automated system at 1-800-353-5920. You’ll need to provide your full card number, date of birth and social over the phone in order to get your card activated.
You can also call the main customer service number at 1-866-946-9545 if you’re having issues with the automated system.
*If you choose phone activation you will still need to go online to register for the MyIndigoCard portal so that you can manage your account online.
Method 2: Activate Your Indigo Card Online
- Start by going to www.indigocard.com/activate and clicking “Register Your Account”.
- On the next page you’ll be asked to type in your full card number, date of birth and social security number. Click “Continue to Next Step” to advance.
- In the next step you’ll need to provide your email address, and choose a username and password for online access to our account.>
After you have successfully registered for the online account your card will be activated.
For online account access you can then go to www.MyIndigoCard.com and enter your username and password. Here you can manage all account activity, make a one-time payment or setup monthly autopay, view all account activity, view available credit, get priority support and so much more!
Indigo Credit Card FAQs
The Indigo credit card has been designed for people who have poor credit scores and are looking to rebuild their scores. With a low spending limit it is considered a stepping stone card for those that are having trouble getting approved for other credit cards. If you’re needing to work on rebuilding your credit score we strongly suggest that you consider this credit card.
What Is the Indigo Card Annual Fee?
The annual fee for this credit card is $75 for the first year and $99 for each subsequent year.
How much of a Credit Limit Does the Indigo Card Typically Offer?
The Indigo credit card is for those with poor credit so the spending limit is extremely low and typically starts out at $300 and it can be very difficult to get your limit increased. Couple this with the annual fee and the card doesn’t offer the best value but if you’ve got a low FICO score your credit card options will be very limited and you’ll likely have to start with a card similar to the Indigo card in order to get your scores up!
How Can I Apply for the Indigo Credit Card?
Just visit https://www.indigocard.com/pre-qualify and enter your information including name, address, email, phone number, social and date of birth. Submitting this form will give you a quick pre-qualification, which lets you know whether you qualify for the card.
How Difficult is it to Get Approved for the Indigo Credit Card?
One of the biggest reasons why people choose to apply get the Indigo Credit Card is because they are accept individual users with poor FICO credit scores. This means it’s easier than most cards to get approved for. Users with FICO scores around 600 have reported being approved for the card.
How Can I Recover Your My Indigo Card Username & Password?
If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can click on “Forgot your Username or Password” on the login page at www.myindigocard.com. You’ll then be taken to a page that will ask you to enter your username, as well as your date of birth, social security number, and the last 4 digits of your card number.
