With millions of people across North America trying to find new ways to save money, phone service is one arena in which many people are learning that they can save thousands of dollars per year by switching to an alternative form of home phone service.  Voice Over Internet Protocol phone services (more frequently referred to as VoIP phone services) are now providing consumers with ways to make and receive high quality phone calls at a very low cost by using their existing high-speed internet connection.  These services are provided without the need for monthly phone bills or contracts.

One group of products that are relatively similar to the magicJack Plus 2014 are the netTALK line of products.  This includes the netTALK DUO Wi-Fi, the netTALK DUO, and the netTALK DUO II.  Each of these products have characteristics that are unique, but all of them have a variety of features included that give them the ability to deliver high quality home phone service.
